Turf type bermuda seed

I live in the Dallas area and was wandering if anyone has any experience with any of the hybrid type seed varieties for a new lawn. ie. Bermuda Triangle, La Prima, etc. Is the Princee77 to high maintenance? The yard is to large to sod. Mostly full sun.

I just planted with Princess 77 about 30 days ago and while I can’t comment yet on maintenance, I am sure pleased with how well it is coming in and spreading. My only regret is that I didn’t get it all planted 30 days ago when the temp was above 65 degrees 24/7. The cool nights have really slowed down the newly planted stuff (15 days old) I am in Southern Colorado.
