St. Augustine Seville white spots on blades

Laid about 6 weeks ago; was doing fine but now see irregular white bands or spots on the blades, as well as some browning in areas of the lawn, which may not be related. Initially there’s not separation between the white and green of the blade, but it appears that later some browning occurs. For photos of the blades, see:http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/jm_jensen/album?.dir=/f6ec&.src=ph&.tok=ph7CF5BBHlw7GPMPThanks!
