I have St augustine grass mixed with bermuda grass. Some of my grass is lush green, and some parts i have this bare spots of brown grass. I have some weeds on these bares spots that are brown grass. What do i add on these bare spots to make my lawn green.http://img19.imageshack.us/my.php?loc=img19&image=May30103.JPG

get a pugging tool and take plugs from the good area and plug the bad areas, and water
the runners from the plugs will spread and fill your bare spots
or you can just buy plugs, but I like to just move grass around ti fill the bare spots
you’d be surprised how fast those runners move with water

Agree with Y2b. Moving a few plugs does wonders. In addition, try raking any dead grass the spots. St A. grows over concrete faster than it grows over dead St A.
Add some fertilizer, water deeply a couple of times a week and your yard should fill in soonest.
