We just bought a house and I want to start an organic program on our St. Augustine lawn. We live in north TX. I’ve found some schedules that are short and to the point….but they’re non-organic. example…http://www.teasnursery.com/LawnCareSchedule.htmAnyone know of a concise organic schedule? Thanks!

Here’s my schedule
Valentine’s Day – corn meal and/or alfalfa pellets at 10-20 pounds per 1,000 square feet.
Memorial Day – repeat
4th of July – repeat
Labor Day – repeat
General maintenance for St Aug is this:1. Water deeply and infrequently. During the cooler months, water monthly. During the hottest part of summer, water weekly. When I water I water for over an hour in each zone.
2. Mow it at the highest setting on your mower and never change that.
3. Follow my fertilizing plan. For Dallas you can move the Valentine’s Day application to St Patrick’s Day.
