Sod Farm Lists?

I’m looking for a list(s) of sod farms in the south (Florida up through North Carolina and over through Tennessee)that grow over 50 acres or so of Bermuda. It’s for a research project examining the opportunity for a potential new product (subjects will be compensated), and we’re having a tough time finding a quality list (current, accurate), so I thought I’d ask if any of you have any input. Do you know where one could be obtained or bought — publications, extension?
