Shoud I reseed again this spring with fescue?

I aerated and reseeded my 2nd year south carolina fescue lawn this fall after an armyworm attack. Growth is satisfactory, but still thin. Should I plan to reseed again this spring, or wait to see the results from fall?

wait you’ll be amazed at what comes together in the spring- too much seed and you’ll have brown patch fungus in may or june
