seeds don’t germinate in some patches

I’m trying to grow fescue, but it seems like no matter how many times I seed and how much seed I put down, it doesn’t germinate in some areas. I’ve tried adding topsoil, aerating, watering, and other varieties of fescue. Any suggestions?
Thanks,Adam

Hire a professional service. There actually are a few out there that actually know what they’re doing! Every situation is different and it sounds like you could use the on-site consultation of an experienced turf manager. I strongly suggest finding one that begins with soil testing, and also uses organic-based fertilizers.
