My lawn has SAD (St. Augustine Decline) what is the best method to eliminate this problem? Do I place a different type of St. Augustine or do I try to replace with a bermuda turf grass or is there another option? I live in the Corpus Christi, TX area.

David, There is no cure that I know of at this time for SAD. There are a couple of SAD resitant Saint Augustine grasses available. Raliegh is the most common but is prone to brown patch
