Can I use any type of Round-up right now to kill poa and weeds in my dormant bermuda yard? And what can I use to kill garlic?

As long as your turf is sleeping you can use roung up to treat bermuda for weeds. You wont see resualts right away because of the temp. If you use round up pro go with the low rate.
