I am required by my home owner’s association to resod, because my lawn is overrun with Bermuda grass. The resodding company wants to poison the current lawn, mow it to ground level, then resod on top of the mown lawn. I thought I had heard that the old lawn needed to be removed. Is that correct. We have a sprinkler system so we can’t till. Thank you
