Reel Mowers and Meyer Zoysia

I have an established yard of Meyer Zoysia grass in Georgia. Please let me know if a power reel mower will work for this variety of grass. Also, I’ve looked at Tru-cut C25-H mower. The issue I see is that the maximum cut height is 1-7/8″. Ideally, I’d like to mow at 2-1/2″-2-3/4″. Can this mower be modifed to get to this level? I’m sure someone has tried this or know of another manufacturer/model that will cut to this height. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
