Last year, in late August, I used roundup and tilled up the existing grass and put in some Sahara Bermuda from Home Depot, and it doesn’t look all that great.
This spring, I was thinking about doing the same thing, but putting Bermuda down instead. Is this the best method, or can I just mow the existing grass down and put some compost/soil on top and put the Princess seed down?
