How can I make the mangement/members of my course understand the difficult of Poa annua and how to controll it on an old course (16 years old.)

What type of turfgrass do you have, and are you just talking about the greens, or other areas as well? This will help people be specific on the kinds of herbicides that are available, or nonexistent, for your situation. Also, if you care to add this, what state are you in?
