Palisades Zoysia
JohnM – posted 25 May 2005 11:50
I had my back yard sodded with Palisades Zoysia in Oct-Nov 04. The shady areas are thick and look great but in the sunny areas the grass is very thin. The grass blades look like needles. Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on or suggestions. I live in West Tennessee.
Thanks

When zoysia looks like needles, it usually means it is pretty dry. If you water it, or wait for rain, the blades should unroll and look normal.
