Overseeding mixed lawns

My yard is a mixture of St. Agustine grass and Bermuda grass. When you look at the yard you can see the separation of the two grasses. I want to overseed with the St. Agustine grass and get the Bermuda out or overseed with another grass to make the yard all one grass. What and how do I do this? I want to do this now when it is fall.

Its too late to seed sub tropicals…..so if you want a nice even lawn for the fall and winter….go ahead and mow your lawn short and seed with ryegrass. In the spring you can kill patches of bermuda with ’round up’,and plug St. Augustine into those areas.
I almost forgot Do Not over water. Floratan /Seville all strains of St. Augustine are suseptible to fungus from over…
I am from the north and it has taken me five yrs to learn and undertand seville lawns. No 1…
