Opinions on Zoysia De Anza

Does anyone here have first-hand experience with Zoysia De Anza turfgrass? If so, could you share your experience with this grass?

1. What is your overall opinion about this grass?2. What do you like best about this grass?3. What do you like least about this grass?4. Is it easy to maintain? 5. Do you use reel mower or rotary mower?6. Did you need to stop it from spreading to adjacent areas? How did you do it?

If it hasn’t kicked in yet I wouldn’t think it’s that great. It has been tested by the univeristy in Gainesville yet they don’t seem to ever have pushed it.

Maybe it’s bigger in Cali since it was developed there.
