Nimbleweed/Nimblewill

We have a 10,000 sq. foot lawn in CT made up of KBG/Fescue and Rye. In the spring we noticed many gray patches in the lawn that were not greening up in the spring. Had a Landscape Co. come out and tell me it was snow mold so I hit it hard with corn meal. No results. Then I used the Bayer Fungus control stuff and that didn’t work either. Then the area started to green up and it has this very fine fluffy matted grass growing that was much lighter than the other grass. I sent out a sample and come to find out it was nimblewwill. It is in small patches all throughout the lawn. It would be almost impossible to spray all of these patches with RU. Most of the patches are 6″ areas and there are at least 100 areas. I heard that Fusilade II/Poast or Mesotrione can be used on nimblewill without too much damage to KBG/Fescue. Any ideas?
