Located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Temps are 100 F daily. Just tilled up sandy soil and removed old roots. Laid St. Augustine sod solid over newly prepared area. Area receives direct sunlight 50% or more in the day. How much water do I need to apply to get it started? Can I overwater it in the conditions described above?
