Need Zoysia Recommendations for NE GA

I need recommendations for the right zoysia for my lawn on my farm in NE GA. I am considering EL Toro and Zeon but am open to ideas. I need something that is shade tolerant, is as low maintenance (de-thatching etc.) as possible and that can be cut with rotary mowers. I have irrigation installed.
Also need ideas/references for contractors or methods for getting soil level before sodding (I have already had 2 so-called experts try and fail).

NE Georgia and irrigation, you can grow Fescue with some Bluegrass. If you insist on Zoysia, go with Companion Zoysia seed. Meyer Zoysia makes a beautiful lawn, and it’s very cold tolerant. But you must plug or sod, no seed is available.
I hope this helps.
