mowing height for zeon zoysia

What is the best height to mow zeon zoysia? My lawn will be 3 years old this summer and I want a good balance between weed control and water usage. I live just 20 miles north of San Antonio, TX so we have HOT summers.

Evapotranspiration rates will increase the higher you mow your turf. So if you want to reduce the amount of water you will be needing on your turf then lower hieght. But remember that the shorter the leaf blades generally relates to shorter rooting depth. Therefore you might have to irrigate more frequently with less applications each time.
