Lawn replacement

I live in Holiday FL.
I am starting the process to replace my terrible looking Floratam St. Augustine grass with a Seeded hybrid Bermuda.
Over the last year, I have planted several varieties of Bermuda in different patches to see which one would do the best in my area.
The problem is that some of the patches were, let’s say “acquired” from different Golf courses in the Orlando area and I have no idea what variety of Bermuda they are.
I have one patch that is aggressively out growing all the others. I love its look and feel (deep green). In 8 months it has gone from a 4″x4″ plug to cover a 6 ft x 6 ft area. The temp here had dropped to 45 F for several nights and it has remained green. It was planted in an area where Princess 77 was planted Therefor I do not know if it is Princess or some of the “acquired” grass.
I can not afford to sod the entire yard. For that reason I will be utilizing a seeded variety.
I have started an experiment to see if I can duplicate the type of grass I like.
I am growing a small test sample of “Sahara” in a small container. I figure that by the time it is warm enough to seed, I will know what type of grass to seed with.
I have ordered a 2 lb bag of the “La Prima XD” and will be conducting a test sample with it too.
I will post pictures of the progress as I go.

La Prima is a good one, Sahara is not (too much like common bermuda), and the nice patch you have is probably Tifway 419.
