Killing Bermuda

A few years ago I planted pluggs of Zoysia. They are doing very well. However, a few years ago Bermuda was introduced to my yard by a contractors trencher. How do I kill Bermuda?

There is only two way to do it. Either dig it up, but make sure you get deep enough to get the roots out or it will be back or wait till it greens up and spray it with round-up. You can’t spray while the grass is dormant otherwise you just wasted time and money

You can also try spraying the bermuda with atrazine but this will also hurt the zoysia. The approach described above by Frenchman is the best.
