Jamur versus Empire Zoysia

My sod installer tore out my lawn, then disappeared. Here I am with a bare dirt yard and I have to find another sod installer and get a lawn down now, even though it is late in the season.
I was getting Empire Zoysia quotes when one installer said he would recommend I go with Jamur Zoysia instead, for two reasons: Empire is harder to find at this time and Jamur is equal to or greater than Empire in all the areas relative to Central Florida, such as color, drought resistance, heat resistance, weed resistance, etc.
So, has anyone tried Jamur Zoysia? Any comments?

I grew some Jamur sprigs over the summer and I can say they are very drought resistant. This soil in coastal NC is dark sand so it does have some organic matter. I got a sample of Empire in early September. When I got it – it was under drought stress and look like a dry rotted shag rug. I trimmed it down to almost the root mat just to see if I could get a sense of the true look of it. Well it has only thickened up some and when it does there are lots of brown stems. The Jamur seems to have the green blades come more directly out of the ground having less brown stems.
I also got a sample of Pallisades and El Toro and I think either of them look denser and a better color. Jamur is quite Blue Green.
