oh no, you may have started something bad here.
I have preached zoysia forever but it all depends on the person and what you like.
Maybe you should rephrase and ask what the good points and bad points are of both them and weigh them out.
here’s a few
Zoysia looks damn great when it’s healthyZoysia goes dormant instead of dieing in drought.

Zoysia is much easier to maintain and is tolerant of most herbicides unlike St Aug.

Depends on Your Climate and Site. If you’ve gotwarm and wet climate and lots of shade St. A is probably the way to go. Hot dry and mostly sunny you probably should stick to Zoysia. All bets are offthough if you choose the wrong variety as most aresuited to one or two soil types and climates.

I almost forgot Do Not over water. Floratan /Seville all strains of St. Augustine are suseptible to fungus from over…
