I killed my st. augustine grass about 4 years ago and laid sod (marathon grass) that I bought from home depot to replace it. I live in California and like to see my lawn green year round (st. augustine turns brown during winter). My st. augustine grass is growing back again and taking over my marathon grass! How can i get rid of my st. augustine without killing my marathon grass?
