We have two small kids & two big dogs, and right off of our back porch the FLORATAM grass we have is dead or nonexistent in about a 50sq.ft. area from excessive wear during the winter months. Other than ordering more sod (too expensive) is there anything we can do to help it grow? Seeds? Topsoil? Fertilizer? HELP!
