Help! What is growing in my lawn?

There is a strange weed growing in my lawn. I need to know what it is so I can learn how to “take care” of it. It looks like a small spider plant growing across my lawn. The weed keeps growing shoots and each shoot will root itself in the lawn and then grow another shoot. It comes up through the mulch and black landscaping plastic
