Help My Lawn!!!(mushrooms?And grass)

What is the matter with my lawn. Every year we get this redish tips on the grass and it never really looks healty. We have just begun to get mushrooms that seem to grow through the grass blades ive gunna post some pictures to better show. thank you for any help on solving this issue.
