I live in Fort Worthm Texas and I used to have a nice green lawn until we got 2 dogs, a yellow Lab and a Great Dane. We have laid sod, seeded, and re-seeded and we still conanot get grass to grow. All the sod we laid, died, the seeds never amounted to anything and the re-seeding was a waste of time. We quarantined off the areas to keep the dogs off it but that didn’t help, we always end up with dirt, a lot of dirt. Can someone help?

You will never get seed going in that type of hell! You will have to sod with a tough bermuda variety. Check your local sod grower(s)for advice on which type is available for your needs.
