Help a lawn newbie

I’m looking to redo my front lawn and I’m having a tough time deciding on what type of grass to choose. The lawn now is bare dirt I just need to know whats the next step to take.
I’m torn between sodding with St Augustine, or seeding with Bahia Argentine or Bermuda Yuma.
I’m in Tampa, Florida.
