Getting rid of bahia grass

I am contemplating getting rid of my half an acre of argentine bahia grass. If both of my neighbors on either side still have bahia lawns and I plant St. Augustine or Zoysia, will I have a constant battle keeping the bahia from creeping in to my yard?

Bahia seed will spread easily and quickly.I suspect it will re-infest your yard from seed migration.
