I am nearing the end of something that I’ve been wanting to do for a long time. That is kill my weed infested fescue lawn, till it, rake it, and lay sod. Fescue is too sensitive to every condition other than a few months during the fall and early spring. I did maitain my lawn to a much better condition but, it just isn’t good enough. I’m liking Meyers Zoysia. What is this El Toro Zoysia? I live in the North Georgia area.thanks, joey
