Floritam

Since the watering restrictions here in Palm Beach County, my St Augustine grass has done ok but my neighbors across the street have a completely dead St Augustine lawn (Not sure what killed it, likely combo of cinch bugs, etc) and that made me start thinking about Floritam but references to it seem to link it with St. Augustine. Is it the same thing? Or is Floritam a special type of St. Augustine? Williams Soil and Sod has it for sale for $105 a palette (500 sq feet) so it would cost me about $500 for the front lawn. Would be curious to know what anyone thought. Also if I do that, my lawn is quite uneven with holes everywhere and wondered how to fill it in.
