Floratam Grass

The home in which I now live was built in 1997. It was sodded with Floritam. The lawn is beginning to show its age. Is there a ‘life expectancy’ to Floratam? Should it all be removed and resodded? Thanks

no. unless it’s got some other problem, just normal maintenance should work.
