El Toro or Palisade in Shade

I live in Memphis, TN with very hot/humid summers and many nights below freezing in the winter. Some landscappers in our area recommend El Toro and others Palisade for areas that only get 4-6 hours of sun. which would be the better choice?

I don’t have experience with either of these, but after doing a quick Google research, it looks like both are winners. Flip a coin!

You may want to also consider JaMur if it is available in your area. It is supposedly as shade tolerant as any zoysia.
I almost forgot Do Not over water. Floratan /Seville all strains of St. Augustine are suseptible to fungus from over…
