Dead Brown Patchs in Floratam

My St.Augustine Floratam of 4 months is slowly being taken over with brown patches.I Water about 1 to 2 inches a week.Checked for insects and found none.Any ideas?Also how can one attach a photo to a post?

Being somewhat experienced with Infopop’s message board system, I can tell you that these forums have a scripting language called UBB. However, I am unsure what settings Phil has enabled. In order to post an image in a Infopop message board, you would use the [*IMG]**url to the image**[*/IMG] tag (minus the asteriks).
As far as your pest problem goes, I have noticed alot of web worm damage this year along with a problem with mole crickets. This is also starting a bit early, and I have to wonder if that is throwing alot of folks off in their diagnosis of problems.
I almost forgot Do Not over water. Floratan /Seville all strains of St. Augustine are suseptible to fungus from over…
