I treated by lawn with Weed be Gone and I know have large patches of dead and burnt grass. I did this about a month ago and I have seen little improvement with heavly watering. 7 days ago I planted Bahia Grass and I see some growth but no much. Does anyone out there have any suggestion on how I can get my lawn back. ThanksDebra, South Florida

You really need to re-sod with St. Augustine or Bahia. Seeding will only waist your time and effort. In the future make sure you apply the correct herbicide and at the correct rates for your turf. Read the directions and follow them to the T to avoid future damage. This happens all the time. Most post-emergent herbicides should not be applied until the lawn begins to go dormant, temps below 85 degrees consistantly.
