Centipede or Zoysia???

I see that Centepede and Zoysia are good options and I would like to get your advise.I am in SW Florida at the gulf coast. I want a lawn that I don’t have to maintain too hard and that will choke the weeds in the very near future. I am willing to apply and aggresive weed killer to take care of them, but I want a grass that will not let them too much time to have them back. I have a couple of trees, so it will be nice if it can grow with some shade. Thanks for the advise,

Centipede is a good low maint. grass, but it lacks the density of Zoysia and bermuda.
