I have been told that my centerpede lawn that is not doing to well has a high Hydrogen level (69%). Can anyone tell me what causes this and how I can correct it.

Now come on. Are you serious? Hydrogen is explosive and you don’t have a high hydrogen content in your lawn. Are you sure you read the report correctly? Anything that comes up at 69% is extremely suspicious in turf care.

The report I received from CLC labs in Ohio has various analysis. There are quite a few columns and under calculated values there are K,Ca,Mg,Na,and H. The H stands for HYDROGEN. I have been told that if you have a high H your lawn is too compacted and you require aerification which I have done since I requested this information and my lawn is doing quite well. I added gypsum and fertilizer after I aerified.
