Care of Zoysia

Evening all,

I have several questions if anyone can help me?? We’re in northern Viginia, witha an established zoysia lawn. I have other grasses, fescues I think and some weeds, that are here and there in the lawn…..1-How do I get rid of them?

2-When and what do I fertilize the lawn with for best results?

3-Should I dethatch the lawn too?
