Buying an aerator, good choice?

I am looking into a Z-Plugr Aerator / Seeder in Ankeny. it has a solid motor and i believe an 18 or 19 inch width and can do like 100,000 sqft an hour. is $1,800 a fair price to pay for it, or is that to much or am i getting a good deal. and also how much do you get to aerate the lawns. thank you very much.

Why buy a new aerator, I would recommend you rent it, check out tool rental compact power, you might change your mind.
