Burnt Grass

I fertilized my yard a few days ago and now it is turning brown. I think I burnt it! Is there anything I can do to make it come back?

Another thing to consider is the possibility of fungus. Not knowing your grass type, location, and type of fertilizer used makes it tough. I would water it properly and check to see if you have green growth at the soil level. That may be an indication of whether it will come out.
I would think that fungus would be a fairly low probability at this time of year, but sometimes an application of fertilizer will tip off a fungus problem.
Otherwise, give it some time.
Good luck,
Scott
