Bermuda in Zoysia- When to spray??

A couple of threads the past few years on this topic, specifically on Fusilade II and equivalents. I tried Ornamec this summer on several spots, and both the bermuda *and* zoysia were hammered. It took a few months, not weeks, for the zoysia to recover.
I remember this past spring that the bermuda-ridden areas greened up much earlier than the zoysia. Is it a good time to spray Fusilade II/Ornamec over the zoysia when it is dormant??? I would assume so, but that is nothing more than a gut feel. It would be great for a couple of reasons, 1) maybe the zoysia would not get hammered, and 2) it is much easier to ID the bermuda when it is green and the zoysia is brown.
Thanks.

If the bermuda is green and the zoysia truly dormant you can spray it with roundup. Later you can use atrazine to help knock it back. Also fluazifop (spelling?) should help knock back the bermuda.
