Bermuda Grass, Drying and Turning Yellow

I planted bermuda grass four months ago and turned out bueatiful. However, recently about two weeks ago, I noticed that there were some yellowing spots of grass (diameter) getting larger. I found some small looking termites eating weeds on my back lawn. The spots are getting bigger and are yellow in the outer areas. Please help!

Not much of a Bermuda grass man here, but it does sound to me like sod web worms.

I would treat the perimeter and the affected areas well, then see what happens.
