Planting grass between driveway pavers

We recently had stone pavers (flagstone) installed on our driveway. Our plan is to plant grass (bermuda) between the rock and have it flow into our existing lawn. Our contractor mixed the seed with the sand and placed it around the stone (stone is set in concrete). Its been 2 weeks and still no growth. My question is: Do we need to add fertilizer to this inorder to get it to grow?

How often was it being watered? It should have been growing by now- with or without fertilizer! You may have to re-seed, make sure the seed is covered 1/8 inch with some type of mulch (kellog’s topper, or peat moss etc.) Also use a starter fertilizer, which will help the grass establish quicker.
