Yellow blotches in Fescue

What causes yellow blothces throughout fescue grass. I live in AL; planted my backyard in Fescue this fall, and everything came up beautifully. I have been noticing yellowing blotches which ar now moving throughout the yard
Is it a fungus, nourishment issue, Pythium Blight? What can I do to reverse this?
