Zoysia in California

I live in Vacaville California and tried the plugs from Zoysiafarms.com. Did not work at all…I know they were dead when I got them!!! Does anyone know where I can buy Zoysia Sod in this area. I have been searching for weeks. My climate is good for this type of grass and my front yard is full sun all the time. Hoping someone can help me!
