How do I prepair a grassy/weedy area for seeding with Zoysia? Do I;1) Use a vegetation killer2) Wait one week3) Use a power rake to prep the soil4) Sow the seed5) Roll the seeded area6) Water twice daily

I wouldnt recommend trying from seed unless you have tons of time on your hands
