Zoysia Care in NJ

Hello folks. I am new to the Lawn game. I live in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. I have a lawn made up mostly of Zoysia grass with some parts ryegrass and fine fescue. Someone told me that you need to be careful with zoysia grass. Therefore, I have a few questions that I hope some of you can help me with.
1.) I have moss growing in some parts of my yard. I know lime is the thing to use. When do I use it, and can I use it with other lawn products? Do I do it for the entire lawn?
2.) What is the best and safest grub control product for zoysia?
3.) What is the best and safest crabgrass controller for zoysia?
4.)What about weed control for zoysia. I noticed increasing amounts of dandelions each year.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Zoysia is not the best lawn for up north. It is designed for southern weather where it can stay green yr round. Even here in VA it goes dormaint with 1st frost and doesnt turn green again until late April. It looks like a yellow hay!! But if you are keeping it, Nitrogen in early season 1-2x at 1# per 1000 sqft. Fungicides – any brand is fine. Insecticides- the same although not usually a problem with zoysia.Good luck!!
