zeon or zorro?

We’re trying to decide what type of turfgrass to put down this spring. We live in the central, Texas area, near Waco.
We’ve narrowed it down to either zeon or zorro zoysia. They both seem to be about the same. Can anyone shine any light on some more pros and cons of both? Thanks.
